Overview

The KleenBot C40 handles demanding commercial floors with a single four-in-one machine, cleaning up to 1100 square metres per hour. A triple brush system separates dry and wet work with fast mode switching, so one robot covers the full routine.

At 23,500 Pa, suction lifts water on the spot for instant drying and no slip risk. A 400 mm cleaning width and 65 cm minimum passage let it work narrow areas, while sweeping reaches 560 mm with the side brushes.

3D sensing from LiDAR, stereo cameras and ultrasonic sensors guides precise navigation, and IoT, app and cloud integration with a resume function keep cleaning organised. A removable dirty water tank prevents odours and bacteria.
